In May 2022, I hired A & D pressure cleaning to clean my S tile roof. I was concerned because my roof was replaced four years ago and I do not want it damaged. In the past whenever I had my roof pressure cleaned it began leaking. The tile manufacturer recommends using only water at 1200 psi or less and no chemicals. Unfortunately there are are no companies that do that work. A&D pressure cleaning used a solution of 40 to 60% chlorine which they left on the roof. They sprayed down the plants so they would not be damaged. I had to go outside because the chlorine odor was burning my lungs. They said the odor should dissipate with 45 minutes. As far as the appearance, the roof looks great! I do not know if the chlorine does any damage to the foam adhesive or underlayment. It appears that the foam adhesive has turned into a dry hard piece that can easily slide out from under the tile edges. But when I looked at the before and after photos it looks like it was already like that before the chlorine treatment. The price was reasonable and it took between one and two hours for a one story 2000 sq. ft. house.

Two person team came, I got the name of one gentleman Sean.Both men were very courteous but most importantly very thorough. They left no stone unturned, literally.They took care of every square inch of the front and backyard sidewalks driveways, deck, patio furniture etc.What a difference it makes finding the right company.I definitely recommend and use A&D Pressure Cleaning.

Our roof looks beautiful! A & D Pressure Cleaning was very efficient. Also, there was a quick turnaround when I called. They went over how they were going to clean my roof and protect my plants which I really liked. All in all, I was happy with their work. They were very professional at a great value.

Roof looks clean; service was fast; crew was friendly and on time; didn't get a 5 star because we have damaged plants around the house which we spent a lot of time working on them. My recommendation is to spend the time to ensure that the cleaning process does not impact the plants.

We had hired another company that no-showed, when I called A&D they were able to schedule me for the next day. Daniel, the owner, was amazing when servicing our Boca Raton home in Woodfield. First off, he's an outstanding person. Secondly, he spent 4 hours at my home pressuring the roof, exterior, patio, driveway and rock formations. I've never had service of this quality and will be continuing to use him in the future. His passion and knowledge for his craft was admirable and unexpected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality pressure cleaning. The rates were extremely affordable, and became very cheap when we started packaging items. 5/5

Daniel and Shawn came over today and were professionals all the way. I had gone through with them things that were important to me like cleaning up well afterwards, no harsh chemicals, taking before and after pictures. They even moved the plants which I had forgotten! If you care about your roof, keep reading.To say I was nervous about having my 5 year-old Spanish S clay tile roof cleaned for the first time is a huge understatement. I had no idea which company to choose, how many tiles might get broken, what kind of job would get done. After doing extensive research online, I decided to go with A & D Pressure Washing & Cleaning…. And I’m glad I did. Their customer reviews were positive and their price was fair.Danny & Felix showed up ahead of schedule. They explained what was going to get done & why. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to gain my trust and confidence… and that was before they started cleaning the roof.They were thorough and careful; the roof looks new again. None of the surrounding plants were damaged. Absolutely fantastic work!! Fernando arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and did a great job. He is very personable and a really nice guy. I have had my share of bad experiences selecting random companies to work on my home. My expectations that the companies provide the service they promise for a fair price is expected. This company is reasonably priced and they will exceed your expectations. My sidewalk and brick walkway and driveways have not been cleaned in years, they now look absolutely new! There are many adjectives to describe a job well done, but in the end DAMN GOOD JOB is all that needs to be said. A & D Pressure Cleaning pressure cleaned our driveway and backyard patio/ pavers, as well as our childrens' swing set. Before the cleaning, everything was in desperate need of a wash.. when they finished, it looked like the pavers had just been installed. My wife could not believe how well the job was done,and has not stopped commenting. Scheduling the appointment was simple, quote was quick and extremely reasonable, they arrived promptly and took care of my property while they were there. Before they left, I had inquired about a continuing maintenance program so that my pavers do not get as bad as they were. Thank you Anna, Dave, and Felix for doing such a wonderful job.
